These are frequently asked questions regarding this Lake Keowee Lakehouse on deep water:FAQ’s (rev. 1) 240 Mountain View Pointe Dr Steepness of Land/Access to the Dock: You can drive a golf cart (or walk) down the adjacent asphalt path that leads to the community dock (interior lots have slips at the community dock) and then take the right onto the brick paver path. At the fire pit, walk down 52 steps using wooden handrail. If your guests cannot manage the steps, then they can walk down onto the community dock and you can pick them up by boat there. If you purchase the home, you can put in your own golf cart path or tram/elevator from the fire pit area down to the dock. The owners walked the path and stairs to stay in shape so were not yet ready for those options.
